By purchasing a ticket or registering for SOUTHSTART, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.Your ticket grants entry to the event(s) and date(s) specified on your ticket. All tickets must be purchased through the official SOUTHSTART platform. Tickets are transferable up until 14 days before the event by contacting hello@southstart.co.All attendees must comply with venue and event rules, including safety, security, and behavioural requirements. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee acting in an unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful manner.

Tickets are refundable up until 14 days before the event, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law or if the event is cancelled or rescheduled.If SOUTHSTART is cancelled, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. In the case of rescheduling, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date unless you request otherwise.

SOUTHSTART PTY LTD values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We collect your personal information (such as your name, email address, organisation, and ticketing details) to:

- Process your ticket or registration;

They are not permitted to sell, share, or use your data for unrelated marketing.You may withdraw your consent or opt out of having your information shared at any time by emailing hello@southstart.co or selecting the opt-out option during registration.

By registering for SOUTHSTART, you consent to receive event-related communications, including reminders, updates, and post-event materials.You may also choose to receive information about future SOUTHSTART events and initiatives by opting in during checkout. You can unsubscribe from any communication at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails.

By attending SOUTHSTART, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by the organisers or accredited media partners.These materials may be used for promotional, educational, or archival purposes across SOUTHSTART’s digital, print, and social media platforms, without compensation.If you do not wish to appear in such materials, please notify event staff upon arrival or contact us before the event at hello@southstart.co.

Attendance at SOUTHSTART is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOUTHSTART PTY LTD is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising out of or in connection with your attendance, except where caused by SOUTHSTART PTY LTD’s negligence or breach of statutory duty.
