A rapid commercialisation specialist, Sasha begun her career in media at Austereo before landing a role at a Global Games & Media Company. Overseeing the P&L for the AU/NZ region at 22, she successfully forged strategic licensing partnerships with global brands including Endemol and BBC. In 2013 Sasha co-founded Uniti Wireless, a disruptive NBN alternative, wireless broadband provider and took it from home office through to ASX listing in 5 years. Rapid growth saw Uniti build to 6000+ customers and an almost 400% revenue increase in 2 years. In February 2019, Sasha and the team successfully listed the company on the ASX, which facilitated the acquisition of another ISP, giving Uniti a national footprint, 21,000+ customers and over $18 million in revenue. In 2018 Uniti was named in the Top 3 Fast Movers. Sasha was also a Finalist in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year and the Top40 Under40, securing the Disruptor award. Since Uniti, Sasha joined Fleet as Chief Commercial Officer, leading the company’s commercialisation strategy with Co-Founders Flavia Tata Nardini and Matthew Pearson. Fleet is a global nano-satellite company optimising and transforming remote, industrial businesses and their communities with massive IIoT, to enable advances in Industry 4.0.
