Dr Fiona Kerr is an expert in human connectivity and synchronization, leading adaptive human systems and partnering with technology. She founded the NeuroTech Institute & FOCUS which consult and research globally in finding solutions to emerging, complex problems and building flourishment. Fiona's unique approach to collaborating with industry, governments and individuals is aided by diverse qualifications in complex systems engineering, cognitive neuroscience, psychology and anthropology, built over nearly forty years of practical experience. She holds international board and advisory positions in the robotics industry; business and government sectors including health, aging, arts and education; AI design/ethics, and Defence, with ministerial advisory roles in Australia and Finland. She holds honorary academic positions here and overseas, and speaks globally on the neuroscience of human connection, fostering adaptivity and shaping a human-centric future that balances human and artificial intelligence.
