In this conversation you'll hear from John Henderson, a Partner at Airtree Ventures. Henderson started his career founding Bush Campus - a startup that failed, but taught him invaluable lessons about building a business. Today, he focuses on investing in and supporting great founding teams at their very early stages. At Airtree Ventures, Henderson focuses on vertical applications of data analytics. He led the firm’s investments in Hyper Anna, Thematic, Earth AI and Flurosat. Prior to AirTree, John was a founding Principal at US/UK venture fund White Star Capital and before that was the COO of Summly, a machine learning startup acquired by Yahoo for US$30m in 2013.
