Providing services that operate on a ‘shop logic’ rely heavily on human capital to create the required value for customers (and clients). Bringing clear intent to building an organisational culture that fosters creativity, wellbeing nd personal and professional growth is core to consistently delivering this value, especially when it comes to responding to complex problems/situations. This Masterclass draws on a case study of an innovative Adelaide based company over more than ten years of development and links this process to the available evidence. Participants can expect to take away practical strategies to shaping an organisational culture that will drive value for their customers and clients.
